How to diagnose and fix screen connectivity problems

Screen Shows Offline

If your screen appears offline in the dashboard:

  1. Verify the device is powered on and connected to the internet.
  2. Check that your Wi-Fi network is working.
  3. The device may have gone to sleep — wake it up or disable sleep mode.

Frequent Disconnections

If your screen frequently goes on/offline:

  • Move your streaming device closer to your Wi-Fi router.
  • Consider using a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Reduce network congestion by limiting other high-bandwidth activities.
